Software studio · Sinaloa, Mexico

I build it and I stay to run it.

Custom systems and SaaS products for companies that need the software still running on Monday, not just on delivery day.

The seven systems I operate. The status is real, not decoration.

What I build

Six fronts, one person accountable end to end.

saas

End-to-end multi-tenant SaaS

Platforms where every customer is isolated by design: roles in the access token, per-tenant security rules and plans driven from billing. From the data model to the deploy.

whatsapp + ai

WhatsApp automation

Scheduling, reminders inside Meta's free window, and assistants that trigger real actions. The model proposes; the backend decides and writes.

payments

Payments and subscriptions

Checkout, verified webhooks, metered billing, add-ons and a customer portal. In pesos, with CFDI invoicing when the business needs it.

offline

Systems that work without signal

Installable apps that record on the device and sync when the connection returns. For warehouses, fields and points of sale, where internet isn't an assumption.

mobile

iOS and Android apps

Published to both stores from a single codebase, without maintaining two teams or two products that drift apart.

quality

Tests that block the deploy

Unit, security-rule and end-to-end tests running before every release. No green, no production — and that protects you, not me.

Systems in operation

Own products and client software. Each status is the real one.

running in production Live Agro-industrial sourcing · Sinaloa

Agrícola Industrial JBP

They source tomato and chili for industrial plants. The system costs every trip against the purchase order, separates estimated from real margin and explains the gap by shrinkage or quality penalty — money that used to leak with no one measuring it.

Balltics

Standings, schedule, profiles and statistical leaders for organized baseball leagues, with pitch-by-pitch game capture. It runs a real league today.

Sociko

Member CRM, inventory and income/expense control for gyms in a single panel. It deliberately doesn't process payments — it records them.

under construction Phase 2 SMBs · Mexico

Numa

Multi-tenant admin and point-of-sale system for Mexican SMBs: catalog, inventory, sales and CFDI 4.0 invoicing — working even when the internet drops.

How I work

Four steps, in this order, always. Hiring an independent is scary for a reasonable reason: you don't know if they'll disappear. This is what I do so you never have to find out.

  1. 1No cost

    Diagnosis

One call and, if needed, a day inside your operation. I leave with the real process mapped — not the one in the manual — and tell you frankly whether building anything is worth it.

  2. 2Signed document

    Agreed scope

Before a single line is written: what phase 1 includes, what it doesn't, how many months the kickoff is, and the date it goes live. In writing. If anything changes later, we talk before it happens.

  3. 3Every 2 to 4 weeks

    Phased delivery

You never wait until the end to see something. Each phase delivers a part that already works on its own, and your people use it while I build the next. Misunderstandings surface in week three, not month six.

  4. 4Monthly, open-ended

    Operation

This isn't where it ends: it's where it starts. I monitor, fix, back up and keep adding features for as long as you pay the monthly fee. It's the same deal I have with the systems already running today.

You pay monthly, for as long as the system runs.

I don't sell a project that gets delivered and forgotten. I sell a system that runs every day, so it's billed the way a service is billed: a fixed monthly fee covering everything from hosting to new features. The kickoff is prepaid months, not a separate invoice.

Ready-made product

Your business looks like one I already solved: appointments, gyms, point of sale.

Kickoff: 1 month prepaid

Custom system

Your operation is unlike any other and no off-the-shelf tool fits it.

Kickoff: 3 to 6 months prepaid

Has your operation outgrown a spreadsheet?

The first call is a diagnosis, not a quote in disguise. If your problem needs no software, I’ll say so.
