What was built
A WhatsApp assistant that understands natural language and triggers real actions — the model proposes, the backend decides and writes. Reminders always sent inside Meta's 24-hour window so they cost nothing per message. A waitlist that offers freed slots, and schedule compression that never moves a patient without an explicit yes.
