VALC Tech, operated by Juan Pablo Valenzuela Castro, based in Sinaloa, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
What data I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email, phone if you choose to give it, and your message. I use no advertising cookies and buy no databases.
What I use it for
To reply to you and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal. Nothing else. Your data is never used for advertising, nor shared, sold or transferred to third parties.
Where it is stored
Your message reaches my inbox and is processed through Google Cloud and Resend, providers acting solely as delivery processors.
Your ARCO rights
You may at any time request access, rectification, cancellation or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to the contact email. Requests are answered within 20 business days.
