The order arrives complete, within capacity.
Before
Loose WhatsApp orders, no limit per time slot.
Now
A menu with capacity per time slot and a panel to confirm from the phone.
A home-made cold-drinks café that sells over WhatsApp. Customers build their order on an online menu, pick a time slot and a payment method, and send it to WhatsApp already complete; the owner confirms it by phone, with the day, the customers and their loyalty stamps in a single panel.
The full case
The problem
Orders arrived over WhatsApp, each written its own way: which drink, which milk, what time and how it gets paid. A home kitchen can only prepare so many drinks per time slot, and nothing in the chat stopped it from accepting more than fit.
What was built
An online menu that counts each slot's capacity against real orders and prices everything on the server, never in the browser. The owner gets an installable panel with the day's board, editable hours, customers, loyalty stamps and a phone notification for every new order; helpers sign in with limited permissions.
Status
Built and deployed in October 2026, with daily backups and watched by our on-call panel. It opens to the public when the owner decides.
