The problem
The core asset of an exam-prep business is its question bank, and in a traditional app that bank travels to the device, where anyone can extract it. Worse, someone who studies once doesn't come back: a monthly subscription doesn't fit an exam you sit only once.
What was built
Questions are AES-encrypted and served from the server, never fully on the device. Instead of a subscription, a token economy: tokens are bought with Stripe and unlock exams, which is how users actually consume the product. A single web app, installable from the browser, that works the same on phone and desktop.
