Where every vehicle is, in five seconds.
Before
A tracker per vehicle and a portal nobody at the company understands.
Now
One map with every unit's status, WhatsApp alerts and engine cut-off.
GPS fleet tracking for SMBs, as a month-to-month service. It hides the tracking server behind a map that reads at a glance: one status per unit, WhatsApp alerts to whoever must act on them, and engine cut-off confirmed by the device.

The problem
GPS devices speak different protocols, and the software that receives them is built for technicians, not for the owner of a fleet. The result is a portal the company pays for and barely opens, while the alerts that matter — a unit that stops reporting, a panic button — get lost among dozens that don't.
What was built
A tracking server that is never exposed to the client and an API that translates it into a single status per unit. The map shows what the contracted plan allows, alerts arrive over WhatsApp, and engine cut-off asks the device to confirm before counting as done. Four emulated GPS protocols let everything be tested without a single device.
Status
Full demo running locally with a simulated fleet and the four GPS protocols emulated. Next: the cloud deployment and the WhatsApp account for alerts.
