The problem
A gym owner knows what came in today, but not this month against last, nor how many memberships are about to lapse, nor which product is sitting on the shelf. Platforms that solve this demand moving payments to their own gateway — a change no gym wants to make.
What was built
Record without intermediating. The gym keeps collecting as it always has — cash, terminal, transfer — while the platform tracks members, expirations, inventory and the state of the money. Adoption friction drops to zero because nobody has to change how they get paid.
Status
