The problem
A Mexican SMB needs to sell, control inventory and issue CFDI 4.0 invoices, and usually ends up with three tools that don't talk to each other. And a point of sale has a demand the others don't: if the internet drops, the sale can't stop.
What was built
One multi-tenant system with an offline-first point of sale: the sale is recorded on the device and syncs itself when the signal returns. MXN, 16% VAT and CFDI 4.0 stamping through a PAC, in its own phase before launch.
Status
Phases 0 and 1 closed. In progress: catalog and inventory.
